18 years old, i think. but some people i know who are younger than 18 have them, but they lied about their age.

Theres no age limit on it. If you are under 14 it will set your profile to private so that you have to accept people as friends before they can see your profile. Don't lie about your age, its totally lame for the rest of us, and it could get you kicked off. The system is set up that way to protect you from the kinds of perverts you see on those Dateline specials. If you are older than 14 you can opt to have your profile set on private if you still want. I'm 23 and keep mine on private.

i think it should be 18 to have a public one. Minors can have them, but they should get private profiles where only MySpace friends can see the page and only people who know their last name/E-mail address can become their MySpace friends. That way they have something to share with friends and family, but don't have to worry about sexual predators,etc. To do this, go to "Account Settings", click on "Privacy Settings", then check "my friends only" (who can view my full profile?) and "friend requests-require E-Mail or last name" (privacy settings). I pretty sure it is 14 but I know some kids who are younger then 14.

well honestly u should be at least 18 but usually kids younger than that have myspace page( my niece is 11 and she has one). i think minors shouldnt be allowed to log on myspace. too many wackos out there u know

Just lie about your age. That's what everyone else does.
Actually you used to have to be 16. But I think you only have to be 13 now.

per myspace.com, its 18 years old. but its not impossible to get on there while being under 18.
