He told me he wanted to separate and then the next day called me and asked me if I wanted to see a movie with him. ???
One day he will call and tell me he can't stand me and the next it's "I just wanted to call and see how you're doing".
Any ideas?

Just sounds like he can't make up his mind. Talk to a doctor and tell him your husbands symptoms and see what he says.

There is something wrong with him.
I think he doesnt know what he wants.....maybe he's trying to see someone else..and by convincing himself that you are the problem it makes it easier, but then later feels bad and misses you because he is not really ready to move on completely, or he's bored at that time, who knows. Or maybe he gets in a mood like he doesnt need you and says a bunch of things he doesnt mean and leaves and then realizes once he is gone that he still needs you. I dont think it is possible for us to understand the way men think.

He has a girlfriend i know your saying this woman is crazy my husband wouldn't do that to me. My husband wouldn't do that to me either until one day he said he wanted to move out.That is how men act when they are seeing someone,they are so mixed up about their feelings towards you and the girlfriend.One day he loves you and the next day he hates you because you are standing in his way of happiness.I understand why you don't believe me,hell i wouldn't believe me if i was told that by a stranger.

You better get a professional answer. Its sickening to not know what you are dealing with and get this type of behavior bounced on you all the time. I've worked in this area for many years and you are only killing yourself if you continue to not seek help. Or maybe he could be experiencing some type of guilt.

Not sure if he is bipolar but he has some problems. He needs to go see someone and in the mean time you need to take care of yourself and make sure he is not just taking advantage of you.

his brain is mess up!... just tell him why are you saying u cant stand of me, and want to called me if how i am doing?.. as he said he want to separated with you..then u should move on and he have no reason to call u if he want to separated you..

He is probably sleeping with someone else and when she isn't available he decides to call you. It is keeping you at arms length but not so far that he can't grab you when he wants you. SELFISH!!!! Cut him off!

LOL I"m sure you know that we are not qualified to diagnose mental illness.
he's probably not sure what he wants. it's possible he's mentally ill but how on earth could we possibly figure that out here.
