1 pansy
So take away the rose and pansy (20 and all that's left is a dandelion.) Same process for the others. Problem is you said all but (whichever flower) ARE instead of IS.

I believe 3 is the answer you are looking for, however dandelions are not flowers, they are weeds. So, the correct answer would be 2.
