Unlike most people, I will not pick a curse that would kill my enemy. Instead, I would pick the curse of eternal life. Eternal life WITHOUT eternal youth. So that he/she would live to be thousands of years old, and will age each and every single day until he/she is so old that life itself becomes a neverending curse. And he/she will suffer that for eternity.
I know that sounded horribly brutal of me. ^_^ But I am glad to say that to date, I still do not have a prospective victim for that curse.

For my most hated enemy I would pick "The Well Curse"
To be locked in a 2.8metre room with only a well in it. The key to the door to be broken and thrown away.
What a hideous thought, luckily I have no enemy deserving such a fate.

This one from a stone in Glasgow, Scotland, put up by the Archbishop in the 6th century.
It begins,
"I curse their head and all the hairs of their head; I curse their face, their brain (innermost thoughts), their mouth, their nose, their tongue, their teeth, their forehead, their shoulders, their breast, their heart, their stomach, their back, their womb, their arms, their leggs, their hands, their feet, and every part of their body, from the top of their head to the soles of their feet, before and behind, within and without."
AND KEEPS GOING. Full text in link.

No curse whatsoever. I will just wish him or her a very, very, very long life - for him or her to dwell on his miseries for a very, very, very long time.

The Final Curse of Tooth-tan-Kahminn, inscribed on the ancient crimson walls of Rutkannahl:
"MAY YOU LOSE ALL YOUR TEETH EXCEPT ONE, AND MAY THAT ONE FRIGGIN TOOTH ACHE FOREVER AND EVER UNTIL THE END OF TIME!!"

The Plague.
I would take this dead rat infected with Bubonic plague and put it in the well, you see, like in the movie and they take from the well, and will drink, you see, and drink and drink until everyone's dead in the castle. Then I will go inside, you see, and drink and drink and...

The Mummy Curse of Tutankhamun
*King Tut to you & me*.....lol
It says "They who enter this sacred tomb shall swift be visited by wings of death." --- In Tagalog - "mamatay ka na sana, leche ka". BUT, I don't have a hated enemy --- not then, not now. And I would not wish death on anyone anyway.
