The word is "guinea pig", but why would you want to be one? The closest you could come would be to sign up for a research study, where medical people test new drugs to see what effect they have, or how they can help, before these drugs are put on the market. They generally get a group together and half the folks get the drug, and the other half get a placebo. Then comparison studies are made to see if the drug group shows more progress than the placebo group. Some folks are paid for their participation in these studies. You can find out more about it by asking at your hospitals or medical centers.

I'm somewhat of an experimental scientist and I happen to be looking for assistants. However, I must ask you a few questions to see if you are qualified enough for this position.

1. On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate your pain tolerance?

2. Do you have freinds or relatives that care about you?

3. How do Chlorine bleach, small animals, and electric wire make you feel?
