Gay Commandments?

I know I’ve asked this question before but I am still trying to get more suggestions.

I think we should write our own 10 commandments, our style. Here are my proposals, feel free to criticize and add your own:

•Remember the Saturday Night
•Honor your father and your mother if they accepted you
•You shall not socially murder your ex
•You shall not wear pink on Wednesday
•You shall not steal from Abercrombie & Fitch
•You shall not bear, unless you been together long enough.
• You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet his husband, or his male servant, or his ox, or his donkey, or his Gimp, or anything that is your neighbor's.

1. 'You shall have no other gods before Men.'

2. 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image - they may have splinters. Go to the sex emporium instead.'

3. 'You shall not say the name of the jerk your EX in bed with another.'

4. 'Remember the Saturday, to keep it wholly fun.'

5. 'Honor your fellow GLBTs.'

6. 'You shall not give a killer stare to someone who is hotter than you at the club.'

7. 'You shall not commit adultery... with a so-called straight husband... of a close relative.'

8. 'You shall not steal another's boyfriend (the first time you meet them).'

9. 'You shall not mention false eyelashes to your favorite drag queen.'

10. 'You shall not covet your friend's shirts (no matter how fabulous); you shall not covet your friend's boyfriend (unless he also covet's you), nor his male servant (unless you are both into that sort of thing).'

Thou shalt not WEAR white after Labor Days
Thou shalt not DRINK domestic beer in public unless it's BEER BUST in a local gay bar
Thou shalt not EAT carbs
Thou shalt not DRIVE anything BUT a BMW convertible
Thou shalt not LISTEN or PRACTICE hate speech
Thou shalt be PHYSICALLY/MENTALLY/EMOTIONALLY fit
Thou shalt be KIND, LOVING, and UNDERSTANDING to all humanity
Thou shalt be TALENTED in some form of creativity
Thou shalt PLAY SAFE, PLAY WELL, and PLAY OFTEN with fellow queers
Thou shalt be FABULOUS

too stereotypical. too much abot the lifestyle and not enough about real life.

how about

*you shall not beget children under false pretenses.
*you shall not flaunt sexuallity in inappropriate venues.
*you shall not deliberatly alienate straight peolpe.
*you shall not covet any family members
*you shall not corrupt anyone less than 1/2 your age

I have to hand it to you all really have talent.

But remember the Mosaic Law was put aside, and replaced with just one and there were no "You shall not's" involved

It was "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"

It really equates to:

Love one another as you would want to be loved.

*Thou shalt respect the heterosexuals. Even though thy doesn't understand them.


*Thou shalt not be afraid to be turned on when thou friend tells thee she had her nipple pierced.
