Ok, how many ounces does one 41 cent stamp cover? LIke say I was sending a letter from Los Angeles, Ca to For Sill Oklahoma. Is the letter covered as long as it is undern13 ounces? And after 13 ounces it needs more stamps? Or how does that work?

41 cents is the current price of up to, but not exceeding one ounce postage domestically. Each additional ounce of fraction thereof costs additionally. Check out:

The 41 cent stamp only covers letters that are 1 ounce or less. Yours is nearly 1 lb in weight. Best take it to the post office to get the correct price.

Not 13 oz, one oz. If you have something heavier than that, or oversized, additional postage is required.
