Christopher Reeves was good, but I'm kinda partial to Tom Welling.

In my opinion, there were two. George Reeves did a fantastic job portaying the character of Superman and Clark Kent. In a time where technology wasn't so advanced like today, he made you believe he was flying and breaking doors and guns. Now, the other was of course Chris Reeve. Even though the 3rd and 4th Superman movies weren't as popular as the first two, his performances in them were truly brillant. He did an excellent job with the characters.
