Yes, the propaganda machine owns most of the people in the USA..they are the ones who automatically call everyone who has and independent thought people who wear foil hats.

What are you talking about?

According to you most countries are "3rd world." Does that mean we should be also? Should we allow ourselves to become like Mexico and say OK to the 20+ million illegals so that we can be in touch with the rest of the world? NO WAY!

Canada, Australia, England, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Japan, China....the list goes on--and it is a lot more than 'a few exceptions'. The Third World Countries are the exceptions--most countries are civilized.

American is great and we don't seem to have a problem. The majority of our allies (England, France, Germany, Belgum, Australia, Japan, etc.) all enjoy a good life as we do.

The 3rd world countries are backwards due to ineffective government. Look at Mexico, they are very corrupt. Same with North Korea and Venezuela.

So why are you bashing the USA?

The real question is: when did the entire world become our problem? Seriously, the world is freaking schizophrenic when it comes to the U.S.! They scream daily that they want us out of their affairs, they want us out of their economies, they want us to just leave them alone. Then a tsunami, or an earthquake, or a drought comes along and suddenly it's, 'America! America! Why aren't you helping us!? You're so selfish!'

You can't have it both ways. We either get involved, or we go back to being totally isolationist. Considering that we feed more than 40% of the planet with our food, which do you think would be better for the average third world country?

OK, I'm looking for truth here and only getting confusion. Pull this question apart and try adding some details.

This question makes no sense! We are not out of touch with the world at all. We just wont be bullied into doing things that will hurt us. Like the stupid Kyoto Accord.

fashion yourself a loin cloth and stick a plate in your lip
