It can be. Within a week or so, since sperm can live for up to 5 days, and if you had sex before ovuation, it could still fiddle the dates. The pregnancy would be exactly dated from ovulation, not from the date of the sex.
Because people rarely know exactly when they ovulate, that is why most pregnancies are dated from the last menstrual period.

It can be if you didn't have sex any time before or after that date. If you are charting your fertility (such as with the Billings ovulation method) then you would certainly have a pretty good chance of knowing the exact conception date. However, even if you have a conception date baby can still be born 2 weeks +/- the due date.

Dr's will go by your first day of your last period to determine duedate at first. When you have an ultrasound that duedate may change.
If you are like I was with my second son I had sex 1 time in over a year and got pregnant so I knew exactly which day he was conceived and i told the Dr that but she still went by ultrasound dates. When you are looking at the information though online if you know exactly when you conceived you can go by that information to get an idea of what is going on. It is just that some babies develop faster and others slower so it is just an idea of what is going on at the moment.

Assuming a 28 day cycle, that's maximum in all probability which you've gotten conceived around the 4th of January. So, the later guy may be the daddy. You ovulate approximately 14 days after the 1st day of your era, so December 29 could have been too close. reliable luck

Due dates are an estimate and not always correct.
Based on my last period date I would be due March 10th, but I know for a fact the day I ovulated and based on that I should be due March 17th.....but with 3 different ultrasounds the baby is not measuring for that due date but is instead measuring for March 21st.. Until you have an u/s its just a guess.

Are you worried because you had sex with more than one person? Otherwise, if you know the date you had sex, then you can figure out the conception...

You may not have become pregnant on the day you had sex, it could have been up to three days later. Until your first ultrasound, which dates the pregnancy, it's best to go by the day your last menstrual period started.
