Ok, this is going to sound crazy, but yes, it is my life. The last time my boyfriend and I went to pick up his son, his ex went crazy, she started saying ALL kinds of crap, referring to my bra size and everything. She then proceeded to lift her shirt and bra and flashed us both. We called the cops to make a report because she would not let us take his son. I don't know if this was written in the report or not. If not, can I have someone write it in? Can she be punished for this? Much like a man that whips out his penis in public? Thanks...

Ew. Although it's tacky and probably worthy of some lame misdemeanor, I would recommend just taking the high road and ignoring it.
She kind of made herself look like a jackass, and did it in front of her son as well. I'm sure that kid already is ashamed of his mom for being so nuts, and you don't really need to add to it by getting her cited or something -- which is really about all that the cops could do, assuming they took the time to do anything at all.
Just worry about being a better parent to that little boy than she is.

Depending on the local laws, she may be able to get away with this because it was in her own home. The boyfriend can use the incident for further custody hearings in divorce court.
Just my opinion here, but save yourself and let the ex-wife have him. Now while you are dating this is just a nasty inconvenience, but it will escalate if you two get married or live together. The son will always be #1 -- whether you agree or not -- and therefore boyfriend will always be attached to the ex-wife, no matter how crazy she acts. She will make your life together a F***n Living H**L. Crazy ex-wives tend to act up around dinner time, at holidays, and when you & your man decide to have a romantic evening. If she is pulling this now, what do you think she will do if you and him get together.
Don't believe me, do an internet search on cases where ex-wife physically attacked/killed her replacement.

I would move into a whole new area with him, if you are living together if not then i suggest that you both move and just do not tell her where you are living, if she is in jail she already lost all rights to the kids. Also just to be safe I would get both you and your boyfriend a restraining order. Good Luck, i know its hard im going through the whole crazy ex wife thing with my boyfriend to the lady is a druggie and alcoholic but shes a news reporter and is on t.v. in FL so its completely phsychotic that she is like that. Take care and keep you and your new family safe.

Working at a law office, I have noticed that more problems arise when the new girlfriend or wife accompanies them to the custody exchange. Don't fuel the fire. It's better to stay out of it and let your boyfriend deal with the ex.
The kids are the ones who are probably most affected by these actions.

Yes this needs to be documented. Document every single crazy thing she does. This will be necessary if you try to go for full custody. Then she can pay child support and that will keep her too busy to be crazy.

I would find someone who is a neutral party and ask them to pick his son.. She sounds crazy and you don't want to put the child though this again..

I don't have an answer to your question. Sorry.
I just wanted to say that it sounds like your boyfriends ex-wife is a whacko!
Maybe he should look into getting full custody?

Yes, its called "indecent exposure". I'm sure the court deciding custody would like to hear this.
