Would love the idea, but I think they should just make it a national rule, and go ahead and change the weekend to be 3 days long, so there is no conflicting schedule with parents and students!

I'd support having them go 5 days a week, a little longer, but no homework.

Its not going to happen. They miss enough school as it is due to the teachers always wanting more money! Well in BC canada anyway.

It sounds nice, but it might be too tiring. (especially for younger children) I think it would be a good idea for older grades maybe middle school and higher?

Terrible idea. Can you imagine how many parents would go bankrupt paying for an entire day of childcare as they go to work??

I would love it! I miss my son so much while he's at daycare, but the break is nice and I do have to work.
