Yes. It is. It is childish to report someone for personal reasons. I don't report anyone unless they're trolls.

Well to report someone, there should be a violation committed. So to report them because you don't like them is wrong. If they haven't committed a violation of the rules/guidelines then there is no reason to report them.

Nope, not at all. I have a neighbor who lets their (small)children and dog run free like crazy, even in the streets....dog was out not on a leash one day, I called the cops...they haven't done it since!!!!!!!!!
