You buy them at your college bookstore (or the privately owned competing bookstore). There are all sorts of different kinds of scantrons. Each school has a few that they use. Since there are soooo many different kinds, it wouldn't make sense for a store like Office Depot to carry them.
Just buy them at the school bookstore.
Blue Books are different from Scantrons. However, you'll have to buy those too at your college bookstore.

I don't know how much scantron paper you need. But if you need just a few sheets, you can ask your professor or TA to give you a few.
just curious, why you need scantron paper? I don't see how it can be used by a students outside of taking an exam.

Your school's bookstore should carry it. I always used to buy my Scantrons right there in the campus bookstore. Try there!

They probably mean "Blue Books" This is what you take written tests in.
They also have a loose form that may be printed from your computer. Both can be found in the college bookstore where you buy your books.

If you order the scantron in packs of 50 or 100, you save a lot more than buying them individually. Although buying one doesn't seem expensive at first, it adds up.
Depending on the class that you're taking, I had well enough for my whole 4 year of college off one order. In fact, I had enough to give out to my friends.
