First, find a fed in your area. There are licensed small feds in your area - you just have to look.
Second, don't turn to steriods. Eat healthy (no junk food, soda, etc). Weightlift 3 times a week.
Third, see if the fed in your area will train you. Some will for a fee. Others, like our fed, only charge $25 for a try-out fee, then you pay $20/mo for dues. We don't get paid or anything, but our names are out there. And since we're pro-trained, we can be booked by other feds in the area, giving us more fans and spotlight.
Fourth, don't give up. If one fed doesn't let you in, try another. Just remember that most feds won't let you in until you are 18 (licensing rules), so work out now and get yourself ready for when you turn 18.
Fifth, it doesn't matter who wins. What matters is your psychology, your moves, and how you present yourself. Belts don't matter. Having fans who adore you is what matters. Don't let go of your dreams just because your first match is a losing match. Be thankful you get to wrestle at all!
Last, remember that wrestling isn't "fake" or "real." Pro wrestlers are not jocks. Instead, we are entertainers. We follow a script, just like actors on a stage. We know who's gonna win and lose. Do what you want, and don't let anyone tear you down.
Remember, you can do anything. A good friend of mine wrestled ABYSS in an "indy" fed!

For god's sake don't practise on your buddies. That's being a bully. Anyway that being said i believe it's very admirable that a 12 yr. old would want to be like his favourite wrestler. Right on i say. But the truth is it would take a very lot of very hard work to get there unless of course your are one of these naturally big dudes who can take the pain and torture that is essential for learning how to be a professional wrestler. I wish you all the luck in the world.

You'll have to wait for about 6 years. Once then, go to University and major in Wrestling, after that go to Louisville kentucky and find OVW. It's a developmental territory then you may get promoted to one of the three brands.

Train hard. Build natural muscle ( remember you dont have to be the strongest) attend wrestling school and wrestle in different promotions.

first you have to go to a wrestling school, then you have to be a pro wrestler for 3 years, then you make a video of you wrestling, then send the video to wwe, and then tey might sign you to a developmental contract.
