This question is for anyone who lives in/around Baltimore, like myself: DOes anyone know about YouModelandAct.com? I checked out the website and it's supposed to be a pretty legit agency here in Bmore for acting and modeling (I am interested in the latter). Does anyone have any firsthand knowledge of this place or know anyone who does?

Youmodelandact.com sounds more like a school than an agency and their recruitment practices are suspect. If they accept you into their school for modeling and you can afford it, at least you will get some trainging.

I never heard of the above site but my sister went to John Casablanca's Modeling Agency in Towson back in the early 1990's.
I think sites like youmodelandact.com are looking for women to star in the rapidly growing online porn industry. John Casablanca's has been around for ages.
