I'll tell you tommorow.
(Sorry)
Dealing with a procrastinator in the workplace can be tough; especially a boss. One thing you can try is try to give the person hard deadlines to work with. Not "We need the project goals soon.", but "We need the project goals by Wednesday at 4:00 PM". Ask for status updates - you can try to give your status at the same time, to make it feel more like sharing information and less like giving them nudges.
Good luck dealing with it!

I am the biggest procrastinator! Unfortunately I have handed this down to my children. I look at it as I do my best work under pressure. My hubby is so organized and my procrastination drives him nuts!

What? finish everything up now? that would leave nothing to do tomorrow...
But, I agree: sometimes it can make life difficult and stressful, as when they decide something needs to be done, and they want it yesterday.
Sometimes people forget; sometimes they like to see other people jump. Who knows?
Perhaps a suggestion would help?
Good luck.

I can't answer for some people but for me I always have something better to do at the time. My priority and your priority may differ....
