Is there a question here?
Good luck with that, you're going to need it. As bad as the ratings for Congress are, the Republicans in Congress have a higher disapproval rating than the Democrats, by ten points. What a surprise.

And they've been in office for EIGHT MONTHS. Wow, in EIGHT MONTHS what have they accomplished that the Republican majority congress didn't accomplish in over TEN YEARS? Hmm....
I'm not saying I'm thrilled with our current Congress yet, Republican *or* Democrat. But I'm willing to give them a year before throwing fits about it. That said, thanks to Captain Collector's answer a week ago, here are some other things the Congress has done in the last eight months:
*Passed First Minimum Wage Increase in a Decade.
*Passed War Spending Bill that Included $6 Billion for Hurricane Relief. “
*Passed Wounded Warriors Bill to Upgrade Military Health Care and Provide a 3.5% Pay Raise for Our Troops.
*Passed Legislation Out of Committee Providing the Largest Increase for Veterans Affairs Funding in History.
* Passed Iraq Supplemental Appropriations Bill Included Additional $1.8 Billion for Veterans’ Health Care.
*Passed Bill to Implement 9/11 Commission Recommendations.
*Passed Ethics and Lobbying Reform Bill
*Passed Energy Bill That Increased Fuel-Efficiency Standards for First Time Since 1975.

you're completely appropriate. Obama has it worse. i are not getting why Obama keeps blaming Bush, while Obama has been in place of work for 2 and 0.5 years already. Democrats might desire to take standard jobs or their movements and stop blaming Bush. Democrats have the congress, the two properties, or perhaps the white residing house now. you may not shop blaming the republicans once you have a majority interior the senate and congress. they might desire to take accountability. it extremely is why we republicans are going to take back the residing house and stop all the democrats'' childlike corporation.

Considering the jobs the republicans have done in the last several years, the majority of the population in this country, is ready for a change. It can't get much worse than the last congress.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place when Bush can veto anything they pass (keep in mind they really DON'T have a majority in the Senate) and they don't have enough votes to override those vetos.

The whole congress stinks. They know the US is in trouble. They are all scrambling to get as much wealth as possible. They could care less about you or me.
