Im using windows office live basic.

I agree with the above answer, I too am unfamiliar with w o l b.
The robot exclusion goes like this:
You create a text file called 'robots' which you place on your server in the public_html folder.
The address will look like this:
http://www.yoursite.com/robots.txt
To exclude all robots from the entire server, place the following text in the file:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

I've not used Windows Office live basic so not sure if these apply. There are two ways you can prevent a search engine from indexing your page.

The first is by creating a file called robots.txt which sits on your web server. There is a protocol used that can block a site or portions of a site. See the first link below.

The second way may be more applicable if you're tallking about a few pages. You can also add a meta tag that tells search engines not to index the page. For example, you could add the line,
