I have a lot of experience in picture taking and processing, and your pic is kind of strange, it looks like a lot of bubbles in the air. When I blew up your pic it shows more bubbles invisible to the naked eye, for example two close to the fingers of your right hand -small ones- and several in your back. The fact that we have so clear ones and almost invisible ones, means you are in the middle of a bunch of bubbles.
I do not believe they are ghosts.

Orbs can be
1. Spots on lenses
2. Rain
3. Dust particles
4. Follow me, In digital cameras light is filled in via pixels.
If the camera does not have enough light these pixels
will not fill in and appear as orbs, This is usually due to
the flash on the camera not being powerful enough.
FYI: If an orb photo is the only evidence then no it's not enough to claim a ghost might be present as other more normal explanations are available. Paranormal investigators (many not all) often associate these with ghost because they turn up at reportedly haunted locations. The flaw is they show up everywhere and investigators rarely take photos at control (non reportedly haunted locations). If you saw an apparition, felt a cold spot, and photographed an orb as you were looking at an apparition through the lens then you would have something unexplained to study. Most orbs aren't seen at the time of the photograph and this suggest a photo problem not a ghost.

Orbs do not "always" mean ghosts, but they can be. When it comes to photos, it is often due to the lense, etc etc like the other people have stated. I used to see orbs all the time when I was younger, but as I got older I lost this ability. I have always been able to see "visual noise" which is apparently rare. Most people can only see it when they wake up or something, for a few seconds, but I can see it all the time. People also talk about seeing their aura in the mirror; they say you have to stare into a mirror for like 5-10 minutes to see it. I find this funny b/c i can see my own, and other people's aura after looking for only 5 seconds and adjusting my eyes. It helps if they are standing in front of a blank background, like a large wall. Personally, I rarely think an orb in a photo is actually a ghost or anything similar.

its Vary unlikely that those are Spirits mainly because there are so many of them. even on a clear night your camera can pick up something and make it look like there are orbs all over the place. i got several pictures taken on a clear night and they are full of orbs. and i also got some pictures where there are only really bright orb in the room. i know theres a way to tell the difference between spiritral orbs and just dust but i really cant tell the difference..
ps. sexy pic by the way. lol

I used my photoshop to run one of the "orbs" up to 1200 instead of the 72 of the original. I then cropped it out of the picture and zoomed it 20X. The "Orb" was no longer perfectly round and it is full of color. . . I was expecting a soap bubble, but now I'm not sure. There are also many more "orbs" than the photo shows without blowing it up and pushing the lightness a bit.
Okay, I thought about dust theory. I picked out several "orbs" seeking any cut-offs and found a pair in some grass across the street>. There are grass blades that appear to be in front of the larger orb and it has color, but the smaller orb is brighter.
I don't know.

'Orbs' have been shown in photos long before the advent of digital camera technology. A simple search will show that.
At least 2-3 of the 'lights' are exactly that, lights from houses in the background. The large one by your face is dirt on the lens. Since you are apparently close to a section where no home is, I assume you are beside (to the front) somewhere there are growing weeds/grass etc. I would venture to say that what you are seeing is simply a reflection of the flash coming off floating pollen particles. A closer examination of the actual original photo would be required, but even so, it is difficult because of the camera's range.
This is not to say that 'spirits' do not exist, nor that you may not have captured one at some point. However, in the picture provided, it is my belief that the explanation is natural causes.

Dust particles are frequently mistaken for orbs. The flash of the camera can make them appear to be small balls of fuzzy light, but it is usually a trick of the camera. Watch out for this especially if you are in a dusty place. Real orbs can change direction on their own and they are cold to the touch. They are not ghosts, but rather electro-magnetic residual energy, which may indicate that there is a ghost nearby...but not always.

I use to work in the photography industry for awhile and I can honestly tell you that what you see there is actually dust and water spots on the lens. Sorry to burst your bubble there. The reason you can see them so clearly is because it is a very dark background. Tell the owner of the camera to buy a lens cleaning kit and clean the lens (you don't want scratches from a tissue or paper towel)
Sorry to burst your bubble like that.

you have to be careful with something like this....many people jump to the more superstituous probabilities, rather than look at what it could be in reality. if its a bright light then its probably some lights in the background (which a few look like to me) or its a reflection....most orbs look fuzzy and faint. next time you're taking pics (whether looking for orbs or not) look around you and try to place anything that would show up on the camera looking like an orb....anything that you see that qualifies should be discounted if it shows up on film.

Looks like dust particles caught by a digital camera to me. I used to have a 2.0 Mega pixel digital camera and orbs showed up in roughly half the photos I took with it.
Is it paranormal? I would mostly doubt it and you cannot conclude if a place is haunted or not on orbs alone. Orbs can have so many different reasons for being there.
