I've heard that eating ice constantly thins out your blood in your body. I eat all day most of the time, and I was just thinking if that could have an effect on my period.

Eating ice has no real harmful physical effects and will not itesefl affect your periods or 'thin your blood'.

That is just the sort of stuff people tell you to scare you into stopping what they consider to be a bad habit- like 'pleasuring yourself' will make you go blind or grow hair on your hands. Pure hogwash.

However, eating ice is a mild form of a psychological condition called 'pica' (eating non-food items) that you may wish to talk to a health care expert about if you do it 'all day long'.

Eating lots of ice is like drinking water, it's just water. But if you crave ice, you should see a doctor. Craving non food items is called pica and can mean you have a serious problem.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/H3J67

If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.

It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

Yes it can. But eating ice all the time is bad for your health, you can become anemic and it brings down your iron levels.

So try not to make it a habit. Good luck <3 brii.

im not sure - but i think that it might be related to your period.

usually people that crave ice have an iron deficiency.

when we have our periods lots of women become enemic because of iron deficiency.

drinking water is good when you have your period -- so it cant hurt i suppose
