I would try Max and Erma's. I learned to love their food when I visited Columbus, but now they are in the Chicago area.

My question to you is---why would anyone want to?
Seriously, anytime I have tried Cincinnati-style chili outside of Ohio it has been nasty. I know that when I lived in Indy you could get it in the frozen food section of most grocery stores, but I have never seen it here in the Chicago area.
