baking kicks butt over frying. Baking has lots of different things that you can do. Frying (while yes you can fry thousands of things. ha ha) is a lot messier if you do it on a stove, and there is lots of greasy fat that you eat.... Baking can look much more elegant and perfect than frying. Have you ever been to a fancy restaurant and they served you a fried twinkie or fried ice cream? There are only a few ways to neatly present food like that.

Baking is better for you. Less Saturated Fat. Once in a while I fry, but thats just because I want a certain taste regardless.

Baking. I'm not crazy about fried food I guess since I'm southern (everyone in the south has to fry EVERYTHING) I'm kinda tired of it.
