You cannot travel at the speed of light.

But if you travelled NEARLY at the speed of light, time would pass for you at a different rate than it would pass for others.

But even the passage of time is relative. Inside your spaceship, it would seem as if time were passing at its normal rate, while everybody else's time (outside your ship) would seem to you to be passing slowly.

But people on the outside, watching you, would swear that YOUR time was passing slowly.

There is no absolute answer to which observer is "correct." It's all relative.

You would definitely not be in a whole new dimension. Things would seem perfectly normal to you.

You would age much slower than everyone you knew. It's an effect called time dilation, and it occurs daily but it's too little to notice when you travel at the speeds we are. It's too complicated to explain here but basically as you approach the speed of light, time stops for you, but continues everywhere else. So if you traveled 1 light-year away, to you it would seem almost instantaneous, but everyone else would age 1 year. This means if you overshoot where you want to go by even a little bit, everyone you know could already have passed away.

Time outside of the frame of reference that you are in will be progressing faster( or appear to be) than the time inside of your frame of reference. If you left on a spaceship and travelled at the speed of light to some destination and back, when you returned more time will have gone by on earth than has gone by for you. Time is relative, and this effect is a byproduct of the theory of relativity called time dilation.
If someone was to watch another person travel at the speed of light(which is impossible), it would appear(to the person watching) that time was progressing much slower for the person who is traveling at the speed of light. The person who is traveling at the speed of light would think that time was slowing down for the person who is not traveling at the speed of light. Its all relative to your frame of reference.

I say no because time is relative and no person can stop aging. Time slowing is an effect of relative distances traveled over time and does not cause the body to stop aging.

Yes, you will age differently traveling at the speed of light. Read Stephen Hawking's classic, "A Brief History of Time". There is a great discussion of just this subject within, and if you get the illustrated version it becomes much more easily understood.
