Red! Red for mashed, red and white with butter, garlic, basil and olive oil for baking.
The only good brown potato is Outback's jacket potato: they just crust that baby up with salt and let her rip.
NO- that's not true: brown are good for fries, skins, and mix brown and white for potato pancakes.

both are good. I'm irish, naturally I love potatoes lol, Maybe the red a little bit more though :)
