i will give you advices that are good to all skin kinds (unless you are sensitive to something)
take care of your skin, clean it with good soap, use peeling
and moistness.
orange fruits have lots of beta-carotene in this (carrot, sweet potato...) it give the skin a light suntanned look to it.
drink between 8-10 glasses of water evry day.
sleep, 7-8 hours a day (althogh it depnds on the person) if you have hard time sleeping drink an oranje joice (vitamon c).
dont drink a lot of alchol, bad for your skin.
peeling to the all body.
if you have black circles unther he eyes put pea compress when you go to sleep.
keep your hands clean when you touch your face, unless you just LOVE acne (hair is not very good because it has fat in it, but...)
dont scrub your skin (especially your face) too hard or toofrequently , have mercy!
(do i even need to say that smoking is bad to your skin?)
honey mask:
moistness cream- honey small spoon, chiffon flour small spoon, rosemary small spoon, 2 eggs yolk, mix and spread it on the face and neck for 30 minutes. wash with lukewarm (what a weird word) water.
for removal of dead cells and to give your skin a glowing look rob half lemon with sugar.
hmm... i have more but i think that this is enough not?

It is important to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, not cooked if possible, drink 8 eight oz. glasses of water a day and take three fish oil capsules daily. The fish oil helps fresh new skin to grow as well as glossy hair and long nails. Then just wash your face daily. Use an exfoliating scrub once a week and if your skin seems at all dry try Origins A Perfect World Moisturizer.

You can definately use face cleansers and exfoliants, and also use some misturizers. I have a really good face cleanser and body Scrub. This is all natural and apperantly works.

Face Cleanser:

Egg White
Honey
Oat Meal

Body Scrub:

½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
½ cup coarse salt
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
¼ cup of your favorite liquid soap
Any ONE of the following:
- Juice from ½ of a grapefruit
- Juice from a lemon
- Grated peel from a lemon or lime
- ½ cup of chopped cranberries
- ¼ cup of rose salt
- 2 tablespoons from of an essential oil
Mix together in a bowl. When in the shower, rub all over from head to toes. Rinse with cold water – as cold as you can stand it.

Also don't forget to put a moisturizer as soon as your dry after a shower, it'll make your skin glow and be less dry. Also drink a lot of water, it's good to hydrate your body, and helps your skin be more glowing. I hope this helps

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Also, try using Clean and Clear morning burst toner. For some reason this always gives me a great glow. Since you don't want to use makeup, if you want a glow and you don't have naturally tan skin, use a face tanner. Just make sure to apply evenly.... don't miss any spots or you'll have a blotchy face.

well girl, its what u've been hearing all the time cleanse, tone, moisturize. you should get a package from a reputable brand that has a cleanser for your special skin type, normal, dry or oily skin. then get a toner to keep ur sink nice and firm so u have that spa look all the time and the moisturizer to maintain that natural moisture. this combination will have u glowing all day long!

Well, if you don't consider creams ands lotion as make-up, then i have a suggestion. First off, always wash your face and keep it clean. Once you have a clear face, apply an oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin soft and smooth. If you want to glow, try applying Sublime glow cream by Loreal and you will see a tan, glow. Hope this helps!

Drink plenty of water! Dehydration can do a number on your skin. Once you are getting the recommended amount of water (I think it is half your body weight in ounces) your skin will be clear, moist and beautiful.
