My husband has cheated on me in the past and I suspect he is up to it again. He leaves the house about 9:30 every night and doesn't come back until 3 or 4 in the morning. He keeps coming up with excuses as to where he has been, but I don't believe him. I want to be able to follow him and know exactly where he is really going and what he is really doing, but I don't want him to catch me. Any ideas how to pull this off??

Go to Radio Shack and buy a little voice-activated microcassette recorder and place it under the front seat of his car. They are smaller than a pack of cigarettes, and can be neatly tucked into a niche under the seat.

Retrieve it after a couple of days. Vehicles are always involved in cheating. You will find out....

you could get a friends car he doesn't know. the question is why would you go as far as to follow him. if he has cheated once already and expected you to trust him he wouldn't be running around expecting you to just trust him. maybe you should make sure he beats you home a few diff. times and tell him stupid excuses for where you were. leave him wondering for a while. I really think if you have to go as far as chase him around to find out what he is doing you might as well throw in the towel.

Get an attorney for a preliminary counseling session. Find out if his cheating would allow you any financial gain. If so, find out and prove it. Hire a PI.

If not, I would assume the worst in this situation. His behavior is totally wrong, even if he is not with another woman. Get prepared to move on.

why even bother doing that? is he acting like a person that you want to spend your life with? would you act that way? and if you were out that late every night, what likely would you be doing? get a clue and get a back bone, and tell him to leave. i'll bet he leaves without giving you a hard time. and if he says he'll stop going out, tell him to leave any way. you are done with his lies and excuses. be calm and rational and don't yell and get emotional. stay in control. don't do this to yourself and stay in this relationship and by all means don't waste your time trying to follow him. you don't need to. from the outside looking in, he's bad news and isn't acting like a husband. GET OUT!

Follow him, get a pi, or get some sort of tracking device for his vehicle. ;) Those would all be beneficial to you.
