I heard that some kind of product makes a vagina smaller and another product that makes it bigger.What is that product?

If there is a product that claims that it is a LIE! The vagina is like a muscle and can be made smaller with Exercises. A lot of women do these exercises after having children to tighten the vagina. Women have to tighten and hold the walls of their vagina and count to ten. They can repeat a few times throughout the day. Ummm I guess you mean tighter when you say smaller. I hope I helped.
