I'm an early riser, love to have my coffee and read the paper or watch tv before I really get going. I'm happiest in the morning, need a nap sometimes in the afternoon and then I'm raring to go in the evening.

I am a late riser and now that I am retired I get to sleep in almost every morning!! Great!♥

not sure. I get up super-early for one of my jobs (a few hours before sunrise)... but I still need a lot of caffeine to stay awake throughout the day!
