had a bloody stool....is this indicating the time is near? yesterday, it was confirmed that she's pregnant by the vet, however he said he couldn't tell us the delivery date it would be based on when she was last in heat. so we're counting 63 days from when we "heard" the mating lol! she's pinking and showing, and very affectionate, and it appears she's nesting. however if our calculations are right she shouldnt be due till next week.

If you don't know, keep a close eye on your cat. She will know. She will either want to be by herself and give birth to her kittens or she will be around you and very nagging. Either way, don't take your eyes off of her as she may need help. Many times, people leave their cats to give birth to her kittens naturally and the kittens suffocate as she can't do it herself and they don't make it out.

Might I suggest spaying her afterwords?

Your cat knows. Make her up a box and be there for her. And when the kittens are weaned, get her spayed.

IDK since I'm not a vet but one thing I do know is you should her fixed before it happens again! Didn't you ever hear the great advice of Bob Barker? Spay spay spay.

P.S. I like your tag name! I use to have gold fish named Wesley and Buttercup.

call your vet. I dont think bloody stool has anything to do with pregnancy.
