And has refused to turn over evidence against Bonds? Why would anyone rather go to jail then turn over evidence? That makes no sense.

This is a pretty easy one, Bonds is paying him off or will pay him off when he gets out. As long as he keeps his mouth shut he will be a very very rich man.

Chris, your just like most of us. Why is OJ free? why are troops dying for no reason? ok, I went too far, maybe. Since the strike in 94 and 20% of the fan base lost, interlague play, extra playoff games and steroids in wid use has been set or allowed to take place.
Barry id obviously a steroid user, but his personality allows him to shamelessly absorb all the glory. It will only be in about 3-5 years that most of it will come out. i give Barry not even a drop of recognition or praise. Same goes for mcgwire, sosa etc.
baseball is on a downward spiral and gred for money, as usual, will bury the game. Maybe we can build smaller ballparks and watch the true gamers play. the sandlot heroes, while they're still innocent.
ps- if you used a cream and suddenly ran 20 miles an hour, i guess you would know that it as the cream and not your "workout" allowing your stupid ego to take control.

Greg Anderson refused to testify before a grand jury but let's also face facts that our Government lied to Anderson by offering him no jail and he did not have to testify and then lied. Greg Anderson has a story to tell but once this case is over, he'll probably write a book or something

Some of us still endorse the Fifth Amendment, even in these dark times.
Anderson's reasons for refusing to testify are between he and his lawyers. You can speculate all you want, but you do NOT KNOW why he has chosen this course, and you probably never will.
Anyway, if it was important, the DOJ would have rendered him overseasons and tortured him by now. Not that this would have worked, it doesn't, but they would have tried it.
