Well the Americans are not bombing the Iraqis. They are bombing the insurgents the vast majority of which are from other countries such as Syria and Iran.
As to the second part of your question, The Cons as you call them do not hate Mexicans. The Cons hate illegal aliens , and Illegal isn't a race of people, it is a status under the law.
Also every major study that has been done clearly shows that the illegals do not help us economically, in fact they take far more in government services than any monetary return they provide.

Well, Honey, if you recall, the Iraqis were quite happy to be rid of the murderous dictator, Saddam. Now, they are fighting amongst themselves. We are not bombing them, silly goose! We don't hate the Mexicans. We just don't want them to sneak across the border, use our government services, refuse to speak our language, bring illegal drugs to our children and demand in-state tuition at our universities. I hope that makes sense to you.
