Scam.
Tell them to take the money from the inheritance and send you what is left.

It's a SCAM! Cotonu is full of them. Do a google search on the place, you will see several of them.

I have received the same one as you and a few others. If all of them were real i would have over 100 million right now. It will take you 3 weeks of constant e-mails for them to get you any solid info, and then it's just you writing a letter with your bank info on it.

If it were really that easy to get the money, they would have gotten it by now.

The 95 dollars is to get things rolling, then they will need more for the lawyer, and then more for the transfer fee. By the time it's done they have your account number and routing number. Once they have that and the letter they want you to send authorizing a lawyer to be your agent, they can make direct withdraws your account.

Try to get the name and address of the bank from them. Then go to your bank and get them to look it up. They should be able to give you a contact number. Give them a call and check it out.

Don't get caught up. If it sounds too good to be true, IT IS.
