I am going to heat it through in the microwave/skillet as well before eating.

No only is it safe (if prepared well) but it's high in protein and iron- both things you need when you're pregnant. The protein will help control cravings and keep your blood sugars stable and the iron will help keep your hemoglobin (iron level in your blood) up. Enjoy!

Absolutely. As long as it's heated there is not problem. Roast Beef is actually one of my cravings. I have to eat it at least once a week.

Yummy yes, i ate so much roast beef during both my pregnancies that I hope it was safe lol. I kept craving RAX and ARBY's and my mom would cook roastbeef at home with carrots and potatoes

Sure it is. Pregnant women have been eating that kind of meat for tens of thousand of years. I bet your mother did when she was pregnant too.
