I would have to say toast it is the type of thing you can eat anytime and no effort but the other is chocolate from a woman's point of view that could replace a man.

Mmm comfort food.....mine is..
Hot buttered toast or crumpets and sometimes with dairy lea or marmite too.
(Has to be real butter too not margarine)
