Even if you could order and buy replacement glass on-line why would you want to? By the time you paid extra for shipping and handling costs it would cost you a lot more than what your local hardware would charge to cut the glass for you.
Try your local hardware store or picture framing shop. Most picture framing stores also cut glass. It's part of their offered services. However, your local hardware store will charge less than a frame shop.
As to Home Depot, in some areas Home Depot no longer cuts glass for customers, I've been told this is because of the added cost to their employees' insurance. So they simply quit providing the services for cutting glass.

Craft stores such as Michaels often carry prepackaged glass in standard sizes (5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 8.5x11) for a very reasonable price. Plus the edges are polished for safety. Otherwise, you can have a framing shop cut you a custom size piece. Properly cutting a custom size piece requires using a special roller tool, so it's best you don't bother with that yourself. You will probably just end up shattering it.

Not an easy thing to ship, and the shipping won't be cheap.
You can get a piece cut to size at most hardware stores, and you'll have it today.
