Nothing, since the pills are just symbols of making a choice. If you take both pills, no choice has been made.

Since the red and the blue pill exist only in the Matrix
the red pill is a line of code that tells the computer one thing
the blue pill tells it the opposite
conflicting lines of code = system crash.
If Bill Gates wrote the source then the matrix ends and all feeds into the matrix read "stack dump at 00101red and 001992blue."
If Steve Jobs wrote the source code then the matrix ends and all feeds into the matrix read "Please call Apple Technical Support"
In either case, the only programs that will run in the post pill Matrix are the viruses (John Smith, etc.)

Well in all likelyhood the blue pill will make you unconcious and erase your memory of Morpheus (for the security of Zion). The red pill is a tracking device that allows you to be found before your mind rejects the system. Without making the choice you might not awaken, but the tracking device is what the pill really is. So basically I figure it will be like you took the blue pill, except they resistance will know where your body is located.

The red pill was a virtual sedative that instructed the Matrix to send signals to your brain to put you to sleep.The blue pill was a virtual stimulant strong enough to cause the Matrix to wake you up in real life. If you took both, they might cancel. I'd have to check the source code to be sure :-)

Once you've taken the red pill, there is no going back. So it overrides the blue pill completely.
