See a gynaecologist, now they can terminate it, safely.
There are free clinic also, so go, do not wait, choice should be yours and your partner. You have very little window to do this safely.
I personally believe in contraception and adoption, but it is up to individuals to decide.
If pregnant make some one happy enter in to open adoption have the baby and give it up, see a lawyer to do that to protect your rights and baby's right.
I am not being judgemental. But read my answer and make an informed decision.

This is my general advice to all.
You sound very young and if you are under 25, then study hard if in school or college, stay and finish it.
Build a carrier, youth comes but once take full advantage of it. Study hard, play some enjoy friendship, and then at age 25 if still unattached then try the sites like.

ABSTINENCE. thats the only sure way, and if your already pregnant....you cant...well you can but DONT DO IT. If its happened then take on resposibility for your actions or look into adoption. Good LUck
