If you are a U.S Citizen living in the United States then you do not need a passport to fly to Orlando, Florida. A state issued photo ID i.e a drivers license is enough.

If you're a resident of the US, then no you do not need a passport. If you are coming into the country from another country, then yes, you will need one to enter the states - any of them - not just Florida.
