I need some help about Sims 2?

What kind of application I need to make different objects , hair styles, clothes etc . ? Well, I'm not sure if is an application for this, but ...if someone knows please tell me.

You can use sims 2 bodyshop for the hair and clothes. Body shop comes with your game and their are tutorials on the exchange about how to use it. Hope I helped!
