I have a 7900GS AGP video card installed on my computer right now. It calls for a minimum of 400W and a current rating a 20V. Well I have a 500W system (thats ok) with a current rating of only 12V. So far it has ran wonderfully. Do you think it will continue?

You are confusing amps with volts. Your system has a 12 volt rating, but the card is looking for 20 amps, not 20 volts. Considering the size of the power supply, I am sure you have at least that many amps, so you have nothing to worry about.

You should be fine for now on that one assuming you only have the drive/vid card/mobo&proc with 1 reader/writer.

If you have a bunch of devices in your system though you might need a more powerful power supply as that particular video card does require a lot of power to run itself.
