i heard from someone(somewhat of a reliable source) that in certain places on earth there are these organisms. They're in a sort of a hybernation. When the conditions are just right(perfect temp, rain, all that stuff) theyll come back to life so to speak. is this true? sounds kinda weird but im not sure

Yes, there are many examples of such 'organisms'. Many kinds of plants do this, for example. So do lots of bacteria and some fishes. Recent ice core samples found bacteria that had been 'hibernating' for hundreds of thousands of years and came back to life when warmed up a little bit.

Plants, especially those in the desert (look up tumbleweed!) often do this to survive long droughts and such.

African Lungfish do that as well, and there are organisms like desert lake-dwelling freshwater shrimp that have to deal with unpredictable periods of drought and rain. They leave eggs which can survive a long time until the next lake-filling rain brings them 'back to life'.

Yes. There are some most spectacular frogs of Africa that endure long periods of drought. These frogs burrow deep in to mud for long periods during droughts. They enter a period that is referred to as estivation, which is similar to hibernation.
