Getting ready to go for a lunch break..I didn't bring my lunch to work and there's 2 sub places a pizza place, burger king and taco bell. I'm thinking about going to taco bell...do you know of any healthy food I can get there. I was about to go to the sub place but there is too much bread on their subs.

well taco bell isnt really healthy. a quesadilla is 512 calories. if u go there, order something grilled or fresco style. i would just go get the healthiest sub u can find at the sub place and take off some of the bread. that would probably be the best.

You're better off going to Subway. You can always move your coldcuts onto a smaller piece of bread rather than eating the whole sandwich. Taco Bell is very low on the Healthy food list.

I wouldn't recommend Taco Bell, seriously, it's a gross place to eat, but if you insist on eating there get a chicken quesadilla or something like that. Don't get anything with beef in it.

If you want something healthy go to one of the sub stores. Obviously it's going to have bread lol, but it's a lot more healthier than eating that "beef" they have at Taco Bell.

At Taco Bell, you can order any item "Fresco Style", which means to replace the cheese and/or sauce with a fiesta salsa made with diced tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. This cuts the fat and makes it tastier.

Otherwise, your healthiest option is the bean burrito.
