singers who want to have longer breath hold on stage while singing will usually run to train it...swallowing the whites of an egg will help maintain voice quality, its gross but some singers do that

good workouts that i know of are jogging, lifting weight, sit ups,push ups and yoga

As far as singing... sit-ups are great for developing your stomach muscles which helps with both intonation and breath control. To help your lips and facial muscles to relax prior to a performance try repeating "Bada, bada, bada..." very quickly in a low register gradually going hire into your upper register. Finally, to help with your diction say "Kah, Kay, Key, Koe, Koo" in the same way you did the bada, bada exercise.

#1, just sing loud with the song, #2, any kind of exercise. Cardio is the best excercise... a treadmil works wonders.

the voice get a singing coach and for the body dance alot go on you tube and find dancing exercises they are so fun i do them everyday

1.Try singing "Mommy Made Me Mask My M&Ms" but say it with the singing vowels like this: Mahmy Maade Mee Eet Meye M&ms" I think....

treadmilll and daily voice exercises with singing songs from the radio and a old cd you prefer!!!!!!!!!
