Or having a preconcieved opinion or feeling whether positive or negative.

Damage caused by the above - as in - His remarks prejudiced the jury.

Basically, when you stereotype. Assuming someone can't do something or be something because of a characteristic...

- Assuming a rich man cannot be nice simply because he's rich.
- Assuming an intern is an idiot because he is not really comfortable with being a doctor... or snobby, because he thinks he's better than a nurse...
- Assuming an ugly girl is nice because she "has" to be.
-etc. etc.
