Chamomile tea is a very mild, effective relaxant. It is also cheap.
If that is not strong enough for you, take some natural Valerian tincture. 15 drops on a sugar cube is an adult dose. Valerian removes the jangles without doping you up.

The most popular things for general sleep include Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Scullcap (an herb... it just sounds bad), L-Taurine, and Passionflower are all very popular to help people sleep naturally.
If you're looking more for relaxation, there are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.

Melatonin supplement works for some.
L5-HTP works really good.
Eat bunches of turky and cheese before bed.
Eat way too much sugar.
And don't forget to have a good workout with your man. :)

I use Gaba Calm, you can usually find it at any health store. It combines three of the main inhibitory neurotransmitters, plus N-acetyl L-tyrosine, a precursor of norepinephrine. The sublingual form is absorbed directly into the bloodstream, via the blood vessels under the tongue and in the cheeks, allowing for quick entry into the system. Gaba Calm is also free of yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat, sugar, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor, or fragrance.

Physical activity. If you can't sleep you are probably just not physically tired enough. Don't something really active until your muscles scream, have a shower, then you will sleep.
