Kellie Pickler is not a headliner artist so odds are slim on that. She is touring with Brad Paisley so you would have to either join his fan club and request a backstage placement which does not mean that you will actually meet her and the time allowed backstage is minimal. You will have to return to your purchased seat. You can also try to win one through local radio stations or sponsors of the tour.

yep, he's right- you can't "buy" a backstage pass. Gotta know someone, be in a fan club (then you're allowed so many per year- usually 1 or 2) or win them from a radio station contest.
