He shouldnt have waited till the record is broken. I dont even understand why he hasnt been busted yet.
BALCO has admitted to giving him steroids, his former trainer has, and a chemical test proved it, his enormous growth in size too, his frickin head grew!!
Wut more proof do you need

Until a criminal case is brought against Bonds - for either the alleged steroid use or the alleged tax evasion - I don't really see what Selig can do. The only "proof" to this point are allegations made in a book, and some comments from his ex-girlfriend. His trainer hasn't admitted to anything, and nobody else has directly implicated Bonds.
He might be guilty, but I don't think the burden of proof will fall on Selig.
