For a man, or woman, for that matter, to put their finger to their nose and blow, on a busy street???? It happened today while I was walking beside this man..

If they were really rash, they might do a NASA-style countdown to the nose rocket launch.
It is convenient, but like nose-picking or masturbation, this really ought not to be done in public. Just . . . . ewwww!

I have seen this practice many, many times. usually by men but have caught a few women doing it as well. i guess if they have something bothering the inside of their nose and they need it out, it is the first thing to come to mind if no tissue or hankerchief is available. and there are just people out there who do it regularly, laziness-not caring could be a couple of examples. personally if someone wants to do this, they should atleast go to a more private area, alot of people do get grossed out by this-and they should be more considerate of others. BUT people are people and they will do as they please.....

my dad used to do it when he was out fishing. I tried it once when I was little and it landed on the dog...gross, I had to give him a bath.
