I have to ask how you know its not the brakes? Honda uses wear sensors on the brake pads to let you know that the lining material is wearing out. When the sensors contact the rotors you hear a faint squeek as you are driving. More often than not, you start to hear it when backing up or when turning.

There's a quick way to tell if it is the brake sensors. when you hear the noise, lightly apply the brakes. If it is the wear sensors, the noise will go away. If its not the brakes, the noise will remain.

Beyond that, we could use more information--is the squeek continuous, that is, does it happen throughout the turn, or is it a one-time deal when you start to turn? do you hear it more from one side or the other? is it a high pitched squeek or more of a lower tone? Is the noise only heard at low speeds, higher speeds or every time you turn? Is the noise a continuing squeak (ssqueeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaak) or does it modulate (squeak..squeak..squeak..)? the more notes you can take when you hear it the better chance we have of helping you!

hope that helps

It sounds like the CV joints if you only hear it when you are turning. If you look under your fenders way underneath on the inside side of the wheels and see a lot of grease, that means the rubber boot seals on the CV joints are coming apart, spilling the grease. Unfortunately, the CV joints are a couple of hundred of dollars to replace.
